I hate owning much in the way of clothing beyond well-made classics, but I need to look professional and composed on a regular basis (yes, even at Google), and repetitiveness of wardrobe is somewhat of a concern (I own 5 black Everlane t-shirts, for example). This could change my outlook on officewear the way Rent the Runway has meant I haven’t felt compelled to buy a “fancy” dress in about two years.
